An ideal IB DP instructor is a highly qualified teacher who is committed to their craft and has a thorough understanding of the IB DP course material. They encourage pupils to think critically, analyze challenging issues, and achieve academic success. They cultivate a love of learning and provide pupils with the tools they need to reach their full potential by being encouraged and encouraging.
